The Santa Fe Police Department is investigating the following reports:
u Police, responding to a call about disorderly conduct early Saturday, arrested Marvin Carrillo of Santa Fe on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court.
u A burglar stole a safe and a cell phone between Tuesday and Saturday from an apartment in the 3200 block of Rufina Street.
u Police on Friday say they witnessed Charles Rogue of Santa Fe shouting obscenities near the intersection of Jaguar Drive and Paseo de Sol. He had a bump on the head and said he'd been in a fight, but he refused medical treatment. Police arrested him on an outstanding warrant from Municipal Court.
u A thief stole a Dell computer valued at $800 Thursday or Friday from a business in the 3200 block of Richards Lane.
u A man who lives in the 600 block of Alto Street reported that between Dec. 13 and Jan. 6, a neighbor stole firewood from his porch, entered his house, slept in his bed, watched television and stole food, wine, prescription drugs and money.
u A woman reported Friday that a man had shoved her 17-year-old daughter and dislocated the girl's shoulder.
u A woman reported that she left her purse in a shopping cart at Walmart on Friday. She said someone saw a man tampering with her purse. The purse was turned into customer service, but $1,000 was missing.
u A man said a burglar broke into his Toyota 4Runner on Reed Street on Friday and stole a bicycle, a Leatherman tool and bicycle shorts.
u An unidentified business at Santa Fe Place on Friday reported that someone had shoplifted goods. The items later were recovered.
u A thief cut a wire fence at a tow yard in the 3900 block of Cerrillos Road on Thursday or Friday and stole a green 1988 Kawasaki motorcycle.
u A burglar broke into El Guero feed store on Lopez Lane on Friday through the air-cooling system on the roof and stole several articles of clothing and possibly other items.
The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department is investigating the following reports:
u Deputies on Friday responded to the Santa Fe County Detention Center, where a corrections officer said an inmate struck him several times with a closed fist when he was asked to return to his cell. The inmate was not named in the online report. He was "charged accordingly."
u Someone broke into a home on Sunrise Road in La Cienega on Friday by kicking in a door. Nothing was reported missing.
u Someone fired shots into a home and a vehicle in the Airport Road/Jemez Road area on Saturday. No one was injured.
u A burglar on Friday kicked in a door at a home in Edgewood and stole a Dell laptop computer, a Verizon Internet card, six rings and a Vizio 32-inch television.
u A La Pradera man said a friend offered to repair his hunting bow, then offered to buy it, but the person never returned the bow and never paid for it.
u Someone stole a utility trailer with a welder attached Thursday on Ramada Way East.
DWI arrest
u Police say Anthony Jaramillo of Santa Fe refused to take a field-sobriety test requested by a police officer who had stopped him Friday. He was arrested and charged with aggravated drunken driving.
